How to Compress / Zip Files Before Sending Them via Email

How to Compress / Zip Files Before Sending Them via Email

1 - Create a new folder and add all the files you want to zip into that folder.

To create a new folder, right-click on the screen and scroll down to "New," and then to "Folder." Type in the name of the folder in the space where the text is highlighted.

2 - Right-click on the folder, select "Send To" and then click on "Compressed (zipped) Folder." A dialog box will appear that shows you the progress of the compressing files. Wait as the files are compressed.

3 - Attach the compressed folder with the extension .zip to your email.

Help promoting software programs

I am looking for ways to promote my two new software programs. Any suggestions?
Take a look:
SiteReminderPro >> http://tinyurl.com/agtlx6 <<
A new software program to eliminate the need for all of those post it notes of website log in's & passwords.

AND

Turbo Typer >> http://tinyurl.com/d9sx93 <<
Turbo Typer allows you to create tiny "snippets" or chunks of text and paste these into your software applications. If you have ever found yourself typing the same exact information over-and-over, you could be saving time by using Turbo Typer. Huge time saver!

All suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks, Gary Sorrell
