How to Compress / Zip Files Before Sending Them via Email

How to Compress / Zip Files Before Sending Them via Email

1 - Create a new folder and add all the files you want to zip into that folder.

To create a new folder, right-click on the screen and scroll down to "New," and then to "Folder." Type in the name of the folder in the space where the text is highlighted.

2 - Right-click on the folder, select "Send To" and then click on "Compressed (zipped) Folder." A dialog box will appear that shows you the progress of the compressing files. Wait as the files are compressed.

3 - Attach the compressed folder with the extension .zip to your email.

Several days ago my friend told me about his unpleasant problem. He told me that he had damaged zip files. But he unexpectedly used - corrupt winzip file. And it helped him for seconds and free of charge as far as I remembered. Moreover it resolved my similar issue very easy.
